Coils are the key to any heating process with induction. As the sole inventor of solid state technology for induction, Pillar has many years of experience in coil design. Pillar's induction technology spans the broadest range of output frequencies at the highest efficiecies availablein the industry today.
Pillar utilizes many innovative techniques to acheive proper heating. We transfer our innovation into the manufacture of induction coils as well, including, specialty coatings and varnishes, flux field intensifiers and quick disconnect connectors.
Applications Laboratory
Pillar's applications laboratory is available for cursory evaluations, small lot/ prototype runs and proccess development. Our engineering and laboratory personnel can evaluate the affect of coils, parts, flux density, power density, capillary action, flow, soak, ramp/ profiling, multi-stage heating, etc., and make reccomendations for your proccess. This service is avaiable to all our customers, who are invited to our Menomonee Falls, WI facility to participate in the development.

Pillar has an extensive service organization, with regional service iffices in New York, Maryland, Indiana, Texas, North Carolina, Michigan, California, Ohio and New Jersey. In addition we provide highly skilled "in-house" technical assistance, 24 hour service hotline, comprehensive service manuals, preventative maintenance programs, a large inventory of replacement parts, customer training seminars, coil repair, application guidance and many other services to help customers in both the United States and abroad.
