Remote Heat Station

Innovative tank circuit allows coil mounting up to 25 ft. away from induction heater without noticeable power losses. Remote head includes step-down RF transformer with tank capacitor and feedback circuit. Typical applications include cap sealing, aseptic sealing, precious metal melting or remote heating applications where space is at a premium.

D.T.L.

D.T.L. is a "Direct Tank Loading" circuit for applications not requiring a step-down transformer for low voltage coils. Advanced tank circuit permits efficiant loading for sealing and bonding crystal growing, stress tests, precious metal melting, and other applications.

Cooling Systems

The system consists of a non-ferrous make-up tank, heat exchanger, motor starter, motor and pump, and inverse temperature control valve, all mounted on a common frame. All components that come in contact with the recirculated water are non-ferrous for corrosion resistance.
